Medical examinations are required by the USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) to obtain a US green card or US citizenship.  Only doctors designated by the USCIS as civil surgeons can complete an immigration exam. Dr. Sirakoff has been a civil Surgeon for over 28 years. Dr. Sirakoff will conduct a detailed history and physical examination, determine your vaccination history, administer any missing vaccinations, Screen for tuberculosis exposure, conduct chest X-ray as needed, perform laboratory analysis and initiate treatment as clinically indicated. Upon completion of your testing and examination, Dr. Sirakoff will complete the I-693 form and submit for processing.
